In 2016, I worked with Nancy for the first time. We wanted to work together again, but, the opportunity didn’t arise until 2021. Shortly after founding 7S, she hired me to be a Client Manager.
In 2024, she offered me the opportunity to join as a partner.

How does your pricing work?
There are two ways to work with us, each with their own pricing structure:
- Monthly retainers starting at $200/mo for marketing, back-office, admin, and general support;
- Flat-fee projects for one-time or short-term needs such as a new website or case management software implementation.
Our rates are reasonable and aligned with solo/small firm budgets.
How can you help me with marketing?
Short answer: By simplifying and creating.
Longer answer: We’re laser-focused on getting you more of your ideal clients without overwhelm or wasted ad spend.
Most small firms need SEO, social media management, email marketing, content creation, and website updates. Some need help placing and optimizing ads. We do physical design (booths, flyers, banners), too.
Ultimately, though, we tailor to your needs and keep open communication on metrics and results so you can track progress.
Can you call my clients?
Yes! We routinely place calls for all kinds of reasons – usually to ask for payment, follow up on an inquiry, request more documents or information, or to schedule a call without phone tag.
Do you work with my competitors?
We do our own version of a “conflict check” before taking on a new client to ensure we’re not working with your direct competitor. For example, if you’re an estate planning firm in Los Angeles, you will be our only estate planning firm.
Should I hire you or an overseas Virtual Assistant?
That’s a great question, and one we can help you answer when we meet. It might be that you should hire a VA – we’ll be the first to tell you if so. Or, you may benefit from having us to help with VA/assistant management.
Generally speaking, most solos and small firms don’t have enough for a full-time VA to do – nor do they have 10 hours a week to train, manage, develop, and vet work from that VA.
In those situations, our fractional, concierge-style approach is a great solution for everyone.
